designers mind

I founded Designers Mind in 2019 to raise awareness about mental health and wellbeing in the design industry — a conversation that continues to grow in relevance.

What began as a passion project has developed into a community supporting designers through talks, workshops and open dialogue around wellbeing at work. The design industry is often fast-paced and high-pressure, with long hours, tight deadlines and the constant expectation to be creative. Under these conditions, even the most basic wellbeing practices can fall away.

Designers Mind champions a healthier culture — one where taking care of our physical and mental health is seen not as a luxury but a vital part of doing our best work. By opening up the conversation, we’re helping to shift mindsets and create environments where designers can thrive.
