Ways of Working for Our Wellbeing
The workshop focused on the importance of incorporating practices into our day for our mental health & wellbeing and different ways of working so we can prioritise our health without feeling overwhelmed.
Participants left having gained a new understanding about the connection of time and our health and that time invested in wellbeing will ultimately produce more focus, creativity, productivity and overall happiness at work.
