What can you expect when you work with me? 

I’m your supportive mentor who empowers you to shift your behaviour towards healthier habits and develop sustainable lifestyle changes.

You can choose between my 6 week, 12 week & bespoke programmes.

All sessions are 60min and held online over zoom. 

All you need is a comfy chair, a cup of tea, a glass of water, and your favourite journal.  (Lighting a beautiful candle, some incense, and having a plant nearby can ground you and prepare you for our session too!)

Getting Started:

  • We’ll start with a complimentary 30min coaching consultation where I’ll get to know you and your goals.

  • We’ll then run through my 1 to 1 coaching programmes to learn how I can support you.

each programme includes:

  • Starting with a life assessment to discover where you’re at in each area of your life.

  • Completing a health history assessment to explore your current wellbeing and areas where you might be struggling.

  • Creating healthy habits that give you more energy, focus and motivation to support you and your lifestyle goals.

  • Setting goals that align with your priorities and season of life.

  • Diving into how you're currently working and create changes in your day, optimising your time and energy.

  • Taking inspired action to meet your desired outcome.

Following and in between our sessions:

  • Following our sessions, you’ll receive an emailed report of what we discussed, and agreed upon actions.

  • Between our sessions, you’ll have access to email support for any questions.

  • Please know that our work is strictly confidential. 

  • Your identity and any information shared will always be kept private.


6 week programme
