What the 5 days will look like:

Module 1: Life Assessment

  • We’ll define and work through 10 areas of your life so you can understand where you’re starting from

Module 2: Mindset

  • Define any limiting beliefs around your wellbeing that may be holding you back so you can create a new script to move forward

Module 3: Health

  • Dive into the pillars of health and learn strategies of how to incorporate healthy habits throughout your day

Module 4: Home

  • Learn how your home environment can support your wellbeing goals and how best to set up your home

Module 5: Integration

  • We’ll finish by pulling it all together and setting your goals
